Margaret studied at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester and graduated with a University of Reading degree in Rural Land Management in 1994.
She has worked for the National Trust, Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group, Lancashire Rural Futures and Natural England as well as undertaking private work for a number of farms, estates, charities and landscape partnerships in the north west of England.
A combination of practical farming experience; field botany skills; partnership-working and an understanding of rural planning, protected land legislation and rural policy means she is able to see the bigger picture and combine her enthusiasm for farming and wildlife with the need for thriving coastal and countryside communities.
Margaret operates on a consultancy basis. New enquiries are always welcome. Please get in touch for daily and hourly rates and a full c.v.
